I saw Tim live when he was guest starring on Coach in 1996. As the cast walked out on the stage he was one of the last to enter. I recognized him and shouted “Hey Tim” and waved. He actually looked suprised that somebody recognized him. This was the last of 3 shows they taped with him but none had been broadcast yet. After they aired, his career seemed to have a rebirth.

Most times when doing this type of gag the actor is on his knees with his upper legs slid into some shoes with the backs cut out and strapped behind his legs. But for the sit up thing it has completely baffled me unless he is more flexible then we all thought.
